Terms, Conditions and Policies
We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel less than 7 days prior to the date of your booking.
Methods of Payment
We ask for the balance of your stay to be paid in advance by bank transfer or in cash upon departure.
Arrival and Departure Times
We would ask that you plan your arrival between 4pm and 9pm and that you vacate your room by 10.30am on the day of departure.
Due to the age and layout of the house and gardens we do not feel that the house is at present
We are a non-smoking house and we would also ask that no candles are lit in the rooms for fire safety reasons.

Other than for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or misrepresentation, our total liability to you is limited to the price of your stay to the fullest extent permitted by law.
All warranties are excluded and in no circumstances will we be responsible for any indirect or special damages.
We will not be liable for any contractual failure to the extent that the failure is caused by any factor beyond our reasonable control. You are responsible for any damage or loss caused to us or our property by your act, omission, default or neglect and you agree to indemnify us and to pay us on demand the amount reasonably required to make good or remedy any such damage or loss.
